Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent work ethic and attendance
• Shows strong respect for the job and the school system as a whole by being a good role model to staff and students
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member, collaborating with staff to enhance the quality of service to all of our customers
• Ability to plan and make decisions based on the State and USDA regulations
• Excellent communications skills
• Enjoys excellent customer service skills with student, staff and co-workers
• Knowledge of County Health Department Regulations or willing to learn
• Ability to set-up food/cook/serve/clean-up/fill-in as needed
• Ability to operated computerized cash register/handle money and make change without errors
• Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel and Word
• Willing to give extra for the good of the team and district
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes
• Other duties assigned by Food Service Director
